New metrics, improved UI, additional granularity

The originator performance services, previously hosted by Brismo, are now hosted in the LoanClear portal.

In combination with LoanClear's existing capabilities for:

• Valuations (SME, consumer, mortgages, ABS etc)
• Risk/portfolio monitoring, benchmarking, and reporting
• Primary and secondary loan selection & bidding

We can now provide clients with consistency, for all originators, across the investment process both pre and post-trade.

The new app includes a number of new metrics that directly solve due diligence needs reducing the time and work required to get from first contact to committed investment.

Available analysis includes:

• Volumes including origination, net lending, and outstanding principal
• Net return analysis (time and money weighted), underlying drivers of performance, and NAR
• Loss including defaults, net loss and loss coverage, recovery performance
• Delinquencies including arrears, transition matrices and roll rates
• Strat tables including loan characteristics and risk model inputs (PD, LGD)
• Cohort Analysis covering prepayment, interest paid, default, recovery
• Projected performance inputs including conditional default and prepayment rates
• Security Analysis including LTV and LTGDV
